Booking on your website

Clients book on your own booking page, with your name and colors. You can link to it, put it inside your website, or let the chat assistant book for you.

Your booking link

Settings → Booking shows your booking page address. Choose Copy link and put it on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and your email signature.

Add booking to your website

Settings → Booking also has three snippets to copy into your site:

• Inline: the booking page sits inside a page of your site.
• Floating button: a "Book now" button stays in the corner of every page.
• Popup: any link or button on your site opens booking over the page.

Paste the snippet where your website builder lets you add HTML. If we built your website, we already did this.

Links that open on a service

Add ?service=, ?therapist=, or ?day= to your booking link to open on a choice. Campaign links (Marketing) open on a service or practitioner, apply a promo code, count views and bookings, and come with a QR code.

Chat that books

The chat assistant answers questions from your setup and books visits. Turn it on in Settings → Phone and AI and add data-open="chat" to the website snippet, or link to your booking page with ?chat=1.

Your own address

Settings → Website connects an address like book.yourclinic.com. We check it and switch it on for you.
