What we collect on this website, how we handle clinic and client information, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Freedom Practice is made by Freedom Technology Partners LLC (“Freedom Tech”, “we”), based in Harnett County, North Carolina. This page covers this website, freedompractice.app, and the Freedom Practice app that clinics use.
This website
- The trial form asks for your name, clinic, work email, an optional phone number, your practice type and size, and an optional note. We use it only to set up your trial and talk with you about Freedom Practice. Please do not put patient or client health information in it.
- Spam protection: the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is filling it in.
- Visit counts: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you to other sites.
- No ad trackers. We do not run advertising pixels on this site, and we never sell or rent what you tell us.
- The guided demo at demo.freedompractice.app uses made-up clinics and people only. Please do not enter real client details there.
Clinics that use Freedom Practice
When a clinic uses Freedom Practice, the clinic decides what client information it keeps and why, and we handle that information on the clinic’s behalf as its business associate under a Business Associate Agreement. In short:
- We use client information only to run the services the clinic asked for, such as booking, reminders, notes, payments, phones, and claims.
- We encrypt contact details, messages, notes, and photos, limit who can see them by role, and keep a log of who opened what.
- We never sell client information, use it for advertising, or share it except with the vendors that run the service for the clinic, each under its own agreement, or when the law requires it.
- A clinic can export its data at any time. When a clinic leaves, we return or delete its data as its agreement says.
If you are a client of a clinic and want to see, correct, or receive a copy of your records, ask the clinic directly. They can do it from the app, and we help them when they ask.
Texts and emails
Clinics send appointment texts and emails through Freedom Practice. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that clinic, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Appointment texts never name a service or a health detail.
How long we keep things
We keep trial requests for as long as we are talking with you, and up to two years after that unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Clinic data is kept as the clinic’s agreement and the law require.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete what you sent us through this website, or with any question about this page, email info@freedomtech.us. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell clinics that use Freedom Practice before the change takes effect.
