Your Freedom Practice plan and bill

Open Settings → Plan and billing (owners and admins).

Start your trial

1. Pick Solo, Clinic, or Growth, and monthly or yearly (yearly is 15% off).
2. Set the number of practitioners. Clinic and Growth include five; each one after that is extra.
3. Choose Start 14-day free trial. On Stripe's secure page, add your card.

Nothing is charged for 14 days. The first charge is when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Change or cancel

Choose Manage billing to open Stripe's billing page. There you can:

• Change your plan or number of practitioners.
• Update your card.
• Download invoices and receipts.
• Cancel. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

If a payment fails

Stripe tries the card again over the next days and emails you a link to update it. Your clinic keeps working while it retries. If it stays unpaid, the clinic is paused until the bill is paid, and then it comes back on its own.
